How to play Bingo?
Bingo is as easy as it is addicting. Each player uses cards that
are marked with numbers ranging from 1 - 75. Across the top of the
cards are the letters B I N G O. Under each of these letters are
the numbers and each letter represents a column of numbers, as follows:
- B the numbers will range from 1 - 15
- I the numbers will range from 16 - 30
- N the numbers will range from 31 - 45
- G the numbers will range from 46 - 60
- O the numbers will range from 62 - 75
The caller uses balls that are randomly selected, each ball had
a column letter with a number from that column printed on it. As
these numbers are called out, the players scan their cards to see
if they have any of the numbers. If a players has the called number,
they mark it and wait for the next ball to be called. The object
is to complete a preset pattern on the card containing 4 or more
numbers. The center space is a free space, meaning it's a given
when completing a pattern. For instance, in the B column, you want
to get 5 numbers in a row, diagonally, up or down. There are also
many variations of patterns that will span a row, or four corners
or a specific design. The winner is the player who completes the
pattern first.
